1Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing, registering with or placing any bet on the p222 platform — whether via the p222 website or any associated mobile interface — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and p222.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create a p222 account or use any feature of the platform. Continued use of p222 after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2Eligibility to Use p222

To open and maintain a p222 account, you must satisfy the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. p222 does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit or place any bet. Persons under 18 are strictly prohibited from using the platform in any capacity.
• You must be accessing p222 from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not currently be subject to self-exclusion from p222 or any exclusion request that is still active on your account.
• You must be acting as an individual on your own behalf — not as an agent, employee or representative of any other person or commercial entity.
• You must not have previously had a p222 account closed due to a breach of these Terms.

p222 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request documentation confirming your age and identity. If eligibility cannot be confirmed, your account may be suspended pending verification, and any funds associated with unverified accounts will be held until the verification process is complete.

3Account Registration and Verification

Each individual may hold only one p222 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device or the same payment method — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed with balances forfeited.

When registering your p222 account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information held on your account. If any of your details change — including your mobile number, address or payment method — you must update your account promptly.

p222 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with standard anti-money laundering and identity verification practices. Before processing withdrawal requests above a standard threshold, p222 may require you to submit identity documents. Accepted documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of payment method ownership may also be requested.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

p222 accepts deposits exclusively via the payment methods listed in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit. Current accepted methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Available methods may change over time and the current list is always visible in the p222 cashier.

All deposits on p222 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by p222 at the platform level, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits.

• Deposits are credited to your p222 balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically instant.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are legally registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned and the account suspended.
• p222 does not charge deposit fees on any payment method. Any charges applied are those of the payment provider and are outside p222's control.
• Deposited funds are used for betting and gaming purposes on the p222 platform. p222 does not pay interest on account balances.

If a deposit is made by error — for example, an incorrect amount or a transfer that was intended for a different account — contact p222 support immediately. p222 will investigate and, where possible, arrange for a reversal of the erroneously credited funds, though this process may take up to five business days depending on the payment provider involved.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on p222 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to an alternative verified payment method registered on your account. p222 does not process withdrawals to unverified accounts or to payment methods not associated with your registered identity.

The minimum withdrawal amount on p222 is Rs 500. There is no daily or weekly maximum withdrawal amount set by p222 for fully verified accounts, though individual payment providers impose their own limits.

• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within the same business day for fully verified members.
• Withdrawals via bank IBFT are typically processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted.
• Withdrawals to Visa/Mastercard are processed within one to three business days.
• p222 does not charge withdrawal fees on any method.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience delays on withdrawal requests above the standard threshold until verification is complete.

6Bonuses and Promotions

p222 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general principles apply to all p222 bonuses unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms:

• Each bonus is available once per player, per household and per payment method unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on p222 welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount, though individual promotions may differ.
• p222 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to any rights that have already been earned by members under the existing terms.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other attempt to exploit promotional offers — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account closure.

7Betting Rules and Settlements

All bets placed on p222 are subject to the specific betting rules for the relevant product category — sports betting, live casino, virtual sports and other game types each have their own applicable rules. The full rules for each category are available in the platform's help centre.

The following general betting principles apply across all p222 products:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by p222, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the member except where p222 expressly offers a cash-out facility for that market, and a cash-out option is currently available for that specific bet.
• All bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed, not at any subsequently adjusted odds. Where a palpable error in odds has occurred — for example, odds clearly inconsistent with the market — p222 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• For sports events that are postponed or abandoned, p222 follows standard market-specific void rules. Voided bets have their stake returned to the member's account balance.
• p222's decision on the settlement of any bet is final subject to an internal review process. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, contact support within 72 hours of settlement with the relevant details.
• p222 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match-fixing, data feed errors or any other circumstances that compromise the integrity of the underlying event.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on p222 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure, with any balance subject to forfeiture:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the p222 platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or system errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or any other p222 product where collusion would provide an unfair advantage.
• Using the p222 platform for any money laundering activity or to process funds derived from illegal sources.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing p222 staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Sharing your p222 account with any other person or allowing any other person to place bets on your account.
• Attempting to access another member's account without their consent.

9Account Suspension and Closure

p222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member's account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to where:

• A member has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• p222 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity connected to the account.
• A member has failed to complete the KYC verification process within the time requested by p222.
• A member has requested self-exclusion under p222's responsible gaming policy.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, p222 may withhold any bonus balances, pending withdrawals derived from bonus funds and winnings generated through activity that violated these Terms. Real-money deposited funds not associated with bonus activity will be returned to the member following completion of the account review process, typically within 10 business days.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their p222 account may do so by contacting support at support@p222.world. Any genuine real-money balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

10Responsible Gaming

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p222's total liability to any member in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by that member during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13Changes to These Terms

p222 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, p222 will notify members via the email address registered on their account and/or via an in-platform notification.

Updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notification. Your continued use of p222 after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with a material change to the Terms, your recourse is to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the new Terms take effect.
